The Chemical Coaters Association International has just released a NEW edition of the training manual,
Pretreatment for Industrial Finishing Applications. 
This coil bound manual is a guide to surface cleaning and conversion coating methods used in effectiveindustrial finishing operations.
It includes the latest information on pretreatment through the efforts of CCAI’s corporate members under the guidance of editor Duane Fudge of Chemetall.
The new edition of the CCAI Pretreatment manual was reviewed and completely re-written to include information about current technology and methods for paint pretreatment.
There is also a new chapter discussing the latest advances in pretreatment technology, Advanced Pretreatments.
Pretreatment for Industrial Finishing Applications is 122 pages and contains the following chapters: Introduction, Cleaning, Phosphating, Advanced Pretreatments, Rinsing, Substrates, Washer Design, Maintenance and Control, Performance, Waste Treatment, and Troubleshooting.
In the past year, CCAI has revised two additional training manuals:
